If it was just the clock I would say to try updating (overwriting) the firmware on it as it may have gotten corrupted somehow. If it shows all the time it's probably a hardware problem. But I am hardly an expert.

It may be slightly more complicated to return an item on line due to warranty issues, but if you have one, it shouldn't be impossible. I'm more inclined to think it may be the display itself and that may not be fixed by an upgrade. I might look into warrantying it and how complicated that might be, prior to doing any upgrades.

So this is my brand new Revenger... I've had it all of 5 days now... So I'm getting a new line showing up at a rate of about 1 per day... Haven't heard back as to whether they're going to replace it yet, but they did respond to my first email... I'll let you know.
