That does seem extreme. Have you tried switching up juice at all? Would ask what wicking material you're using but you have a nautilus so I assume you're using their heads. When it happens is it because of a bad taste? Or does it just feel like a reaction from your body? Not really enough info in the op to make any kind of diagnosis

Try a new juice. Maybe Halo has added something new to their juices that you aren't aware of. Try a new juice vendor.

Just my 2 cents, but it could be because your throat might be a bit dried out. I don't gag, but if my throat's dry when I vape, my uvula (dangly little ball in the back of the throat) gets stuck and makes it hard to swallow. Try sipping water while vaping and see if that helps.

Tried anywhere from 2.9 to 5 volts, and several new heads, as well as 3 different vendors. If it isn't gagging, it's irritation in my throat.

If your using the Pax w/Juul pods they are 50mg (5% nicotine) so that is way too high, so yes as already stated lower nicotine level, try higher VG ratio.
