You do have to hold down the button when you vape the ego. you don't have to hold it down the whole time i usually breath in, press the button, wait till i feel the vapor. let go, and then keep breathing in a bit. You get used to the button after awhile, so don't let it worry you too much.

Most people get away from cartridges sooner or later like Jimik talks about. I agree, play around with them for awhile and see how they work out. Many of us started with them but as time goes on, you'll find that there are better ways to get great vaping out of your Ego.

I vape mostly claptons (28/32) at lower wattage so I blow down slowly, see a nice plumb come out the air holes then pull up so the coil has some ramp up time. My vapes last a few seconds then off the power button and continue to pull to cool the coil off for a second or two.
