For DIY always go less, not more. If you add to already mixed juice only add 1 drop of flavor, shake well and test it, if too weak, add another drop, shake well, test it. A little goes a long way! bnrk

I would try to save the juice with the DIY flavorings. Don't add the flavor to a big bottle, just put some in a little 3 ml bottle and try a couple of drops. I do it all of the time.

If I were you I would go back to the store with all your bottles, explain the problem, and ask them what might be able to fix it. Sounds like they weren't too sure one flavor was going to be any good to start with.

If I purchased that much juice from a vendor and found it that inconsistent with the same flavor previously purchased I wouldn't be DIYing, I'd be requesting (and demanding) a remix. And if they wouldn't do it I'd be sending them some very negative publicity. I tend to avoid conflict but think that's outrageous.
