My personal rule of thumb is whatever the wattage is at 3.7 volts. With a .35ohm coil that would be 40 watts or 39.114 Watts to be exact.
How many watts should I use for a mech mod?
You can go higher on your wattage depending on your personal preference. My reason is that's basically the wattage I would get on my mech mod. Start at 40 watts and go up a little or down until you get the taste you like.

Since you can lower ohm by putting less wrap = less metal or putting more thing in parallel = more metal. A quad coil fuse clapton at 0.35 ohm usualy require much more wattage than a simple single coil at 0.35 ohm since the former has much more metal and surface to heat up.
