DRY THROAT AND DEHYDRATION
This could be due to the Propylene Glycol and Nicotine which (if you are not used to using it) can make you thirsty and cause you to have a dry throat. If you experience a dry throat or mild dehydration and a cough when you first start vaping, we suggest drinking plenty of water.

I "inhaled" cigarettes for 40 years and find with ecigs that I do not inhale as deeply. I'm assuming that vapor is courser then reguler smoke hence for me I use a easier draw.

Very normal to cough... excessively for a while... you may even see some increased amounts of phlem too. Your lungs are going to want to expel all the nastiness that has accumulated. The BIGGEST thing to do is to drink ALOT of liquid.

After vaping for a couple months and no tobacco for going on 5 weeks, my phlegm and cough have disappeared totally.
