Depends on the coil a simple coil at 0.2Ω may take 40 watts but a massive coil like an Alien or fused Clapton at 0.2Ω may need 100 watts or more to fire correctly. More mass = more power to heat up. Start low and work your way up to the power that works best for the coil your using.
