WORST customer service experience of my LIFE..
So I had the lovely experience of going back and forth with xxxx Lau for over 2 weeks, just trying to get an answer on a fix for my Aegis Solo. The bottom door no longer screws in after only 6 months of use and was being difficult to screw in since month two.
