I think you'd have to actually drink your e- juice and swallow it before reaching a dangerous level. I've had a few drops of 18mg juice in my mouth and haven't suffered from it; it stings ever so slightly, pretty much the same feeling as wetting a cigar with your mouth, but it tasted so much better (cherry tobacco with a strooong cherry flavor).
