On all of them I've been vaping coils ranging from 0.1-0.15Ohm up to 1.8Ohm, and I'm almost never over 100W. I, too, like my vape relatively cool, meaning that, like the OP, you'll find me vaping 0.4Ohm - 0.6Ohm coils @30-60W (depending on atomizer/coil/wicking).

Wattage on a coil is to taste, this question gets asked a lot and there is no silver bullet answer other than to start low and gradually work your way up, get a harsh, scorched, or otherwise unbearable hit, back it down a couple notches.
