Do you know where the Subtank is leaking from? Obvious would be the air holes which would indicate a loose coil. Remove the tank from your mod, turn it upside-down and unscrew the tank base. Make sure the coil is snugged tightly to the base.

It may also be that you're running the Snow Wolf at too low of a power setting for the Sub Tank, and there is simply more juice coming through the coil more quickly than your wattage can vaporize. Up your wattage and see if it quits leaking. That was my experience when I first purchased a Sub Tank.
