Usually, vape and cigarettes are totally different things and they are harming differently. The consistency of both products are different and there is also difference between smoke and vapor. So I don't know how good will be if you will vape.

I don't think it's quite an option for you mate. Why don't consult with your local MD and see what they will tell'ya? Myself is not a consumer but more a trend or style participant (if it’s harmless for my health and other people). In your case, hard to tell.

I started smoking five years ago, and I still smoke. Of course, it is not something I can be proud of, but I am not ashamed of myself, so I see nothing wrong with being honest with you. All my friends smoke electrical cigarettes, so maybe they influenced me to start smoking.
