Clean the connection areas of the pen with rubbing alcohol, and then if necessary, insert a paperclip to remove any blockage. If your 2.0 battery is flashing white, please doubleclick to change settings to ensure you are not on the wax setting. For the O.RIGINAL BATTERY clean off all connection areas with rubbing alcohol. This remove any residue that may have been blocking the connection. If cleaning did not work, use a paperclip to lift up the connection plate of your battery and/or cartridge.
