I dont think it is really a hangover just a nicotine overdose, i used to get them with e cigs moreso than any other method because i never knew when to stop puffing, that was before i finnally kicked nicotine, i found none of that replacement stuff worked, i swapped to dipping for a few months then quit that alot easier than smoking, neither is easy though..
