Bought 2 new vape cartridges and only one of them is working. The other doesn’t work at all for some reason. The one that is working only works sometimes. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be? All my other old cartridges still work so I don’t think it’s my pen. I provided a picture of the pen and cartridge

Inspect the center pin of both the cartridge and the battery. Clean the contacts with cotton buds and if really dirty a very small amount of rubbing alcohol. Both pins where they connect must be free of debris for the atomizer to fire properly, perhaps it is gummed up.

I started having the same issue once I moved up to 80% thc cartridges. In lieu of a stronger battery, another thing to do is preheat the cartridge for a bit before inhaling.
