bad coil or sometimes "too" tight is bad, and the lead can short out... sucks if you have to dump your tank to find out, but i would examine it and try and rethread it... or see if it fires fine with your old coil to easily tell if it's coil or something with mod... but probably just coil issue...

I recently began vaping .. 7th day cigarette free and am doing my first coil change. The tank that I got (genitank mini) came with an extra coil. I attached it right and everything, though when I go to fire it my mod says "Low load" and won't work.. Until I switch back to the old coil I was just using then it works.. Help??

Thanks! Is there anything I can do with this coil? I obviously am just going to get new ones but until then? I am in the middle of no where with this thing and starting to go mad with my old coil tasting not so good. I am using it at the moment but it is not very enjoyable.

I don't know anything about your particular tank but there's probably nothing you can do to make the defective coil 'right' unless you have the equipment and knowledge to rebuild it. Having backups for backups is extremely important.

I gave it another go and figured it out! I tried screwing the coil in slightly less than all the way and it is working now. I do agree, I am definitely going to get a back up because today without it was no good. lol I am relieved, relaxed, and happily vaping away now = ) thanks for the thoughts!!
