Sounds like the connection aren't making contact. Two things - the battery center post might have to be 'pulled up'. Easy does it - you don't want to break any of the internal connections....

Both units are new. First time using the charger, Spinner has perhaps 2 or 3 hours usage.

I wonder of the ego threading is bottoming out when this happens? Looks like a person could just sand that down some.

New yesterday so I've submitted a request for an RA for a replacement rather than try pulling at the posts.

Darn WarHawk, and here I thought I'd done my due diligence on the Spinner. Goes to show how important a properly worded search can be, I didn't come up with hardly any of the threads that your query found!

I just got a 901 (Smokelessshop--good shopping experience). Katy's letter says batteries are charged. Tried 1 battery, works great. Tried the 2nd battery, nothing. Just figured only one battery was charged, no biggee, so I put it on the wall charger.

For sure that's a dead battery. The charger will show green when plugged in with no battery. I think that's the case with every e-cig type, no worries there, but that one battery is definitely deceased.

So the charger sounds normal, but the battery is likely bad. I'll go with that, thanks!

I have batteries that the charger shows green when they are drained but after about 15 minutes the charger turns red and so does the battery tip.

Disregard the green led on the charger and leave the battery in the charger for four hours (check it after about 10-15 minutes to make sure its not excessively hot - and if it is, remove it and send it back as deffective).

Thanks for all the tips! Since I have 2 good working batteries, I think I'll just send this one back. ill_dawg, how do you do the paperclip in the battery hole trick? Sounds like a good one for future reference.
