I like menthol, but not when it is overpowering, which is why I wanted to try this out as I saw people saying it was more cooling rather than menthol. I only added a small amount to a 10ml mix and it gave it a nice cooling breeze effect without too much of a menthol kick in the throat. Very pleased with this.
