Every dry herb has its corresponding heat level to reach its boiling point or the stage where the material releases its full flavor in a form of vapor.

I've only smoked from a vaporizer a handful of times, but every time that I have, when I exhale, no visible vapor comes out of my mouth. I don't know if it's the light or something, because the other people who I've been smoking with don't exhale anything visible either, but I know that you're supposed to be exhaling some vapor after your hit.

By the very nature of vaporizing you should not see smoke. Igniting the product defeats the purpose of vaping. I too that it was strange but ya just gotta go with it. In time I realized I got better results from my vaporizer then any other form of use.

also one final point about vapor on exhaling - how long do you hold the "hit" in ? I tend to use a pv like a cigarette, fill my mouth with vapor as I draw on the device, then inhale and bring it to my lungs, and exhale rather soon. I like to see the vapor dancing around me as I exhale, its part of the attraction vaping has for me

Long slow light draws should keep the juice out of the mouth tip. Don't hit it like it was a ..... The atomizer needs some time to vaporize the juice. Since it is not burnt .... smoke and is only steam vapor it will disappate easy. If you hold it in like some people smoke that other 'green' stuff, the vapor (steam) will disappear.

What is the ingredient in vape juice?

The usual ingredients in vape juice are propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. These can dry out the mouth on contact. We also see a lot of vapers with a coating on their tongue called “vapers tongue.” Looks a bit like thrush leading to speculation that pg or vg might be altering the delicate ecosystem of bacteria in the mouth. That's speculation though.

Low vapor with a discreet form factor is what you’ll need.

What to do if nicotine level is too high?

Vaping should always feel good to the user. But if you really need zero vaping to work for you and the nic hit is too high, try a lower nicotine level or a device that puts out less vapor.

What to do if vapor leaves your mouth?

How to breathe deep inhale?

One deep inhale: Take a small puff. Then take that puff down to the lungs in a long and deep inhale, lasting about three to five seconds.

How to inhale multiple inhalations?

Multiple short inhales: Take a small puff. Instead of immediately exhaling, quickly inhale a short bit of air again from mouth and nose. Still not exhaling. Repeat this once or twice more. You should feel your chest expanding as more air goes in. Hold your breath for an additional second or so if you can, then exhale with lips pursed.

Is stealth vaping easy?

Stealth vaping is easy. Zero vaping takes practice. There will be a little breath-holding here. This will change your normal vaping and inhaling technique, and it may take some getting used to.

Who studied the dangers of second hand vaping?

Igor Burstyn’s study of the possible dangers of secondhand vaping attempted to “estimate potential exposures from aerosols produced by electronic cigarettes and compare those potential exposures to occupational exposure standards.” His conclusion: “Exposures of bystanders are likely to be orders of magnitude less, and thus pose no apparent concern.”

Is second hand smoke dangerous?

Secondhand smoke isn’t as dangerous as inhaling directly from a cigarette, but regular and prolonged exposure to it is considered a serious hazard. E-cigs heat e-liquid with a small metal coil housed in an atomizer, and the heat turns the e-juice into the vapor you see.

Does vaping affect air quality?

But vaping (which was being done in 43 of the homes) had no measurable effect on the indoor air quality.

Can nicotine be deposited on surfaces?

“Nicotine from exhaled vapour can be deposited on surfaces, but at such low levels that there is no plausible mechanism by which such deposits could enter the body at doses that would cause physical harm,” Royal College of Physicians researchers noted in that organization’s comprehensive 2016 review of e-cigarette science.

Is smoking a hazard?

Burning any substance with fire—including wood, leaves, a building, or any plant material, including tobacco—produces volatile gasses, carcinogenic solid particles, carbon monoxide, and a mixture of dangerous byproducts that in cigarette smoke is called tar. Secondhand smoke isn’t as dangerous as inhaling directly from a cigarette, but regular and prolonged exposure to it is considered a serious hazard.

Is vaping a threat to the health of non-vaping bystanders?

What is the process of vaporization in an ecig?

Beings the process the liquid goes through inside the ecig is called vaporization and the liquid being vaporized consists of propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin, in my case propylene glycol. Also having nicotine and flavoring in it, with the combination of those substances being labeled e-liquid or ejuice I think the correct term would be vaporized eliquid or vaporized ejuice.

Is smoking fog?

While it certainly sounds better, I don't know that it's necessarily true, anymore than smoking is just fog. We create the vapor by heating the PG/VG/flavorings. And what we exhale is whatever PG/VG/flavoring didn't get absorbed in respiratory tract. I think nebulizer machines that use ultrasound to move the molecules come closer to truly creating fog than PVs do. Of course, it is a much nicer euphemism, although I don't know that we expel much at all in the way of water vapor.

Does PG vapor cause fog?

The presence of PG vapor is not necessary for the 'fog' formation. But, its hygroscopic properties likely contribute to the water content of our exhaled breath.

Can you see a cloud when you exhale a vape?

With a glass of iced drink to your mouth, exhale a lung of vape. The resulting cloud is MUCH more than what you'll observe with just plain clean exhaled air. I'm not entirely sure what that fact means in regard to your discussion though, other than our exhaled vape has a high water content, and coming in contact with the cold from the drink causes it to condense. Water vapor, as you noted, is not a visible gas.

Just remember, a vaporizer that uses conduction heating works best with a tight pack, as more herbs touch the heated walls, while a convection heating vaporizer will work well with a loosely packed ground up herbs, as it uses hot air that passes through the material simultaneously to vaporize the material and bring out the best flavors and aroma of your herbs.

Does a volcano vaporizer work with a loose pack?

Now, there are devices however that work better with a loose pack, like the Volcano vaporizers that utilize a pure convection heating technology. With a convection heating method, vaporization is not dependent on the materials touching the heated surface.

Can you loosen a vaporizer?

You don’t want them loose either as they will not be thoroughly and evenly heated resulting in an ineffective performance of your vaporizer. Make sure not to overpack the chamber either, as this will also cause restricted air flow, which can result in an uneven vaporization process.

Is it ok to switch from smoking to vaping?
