How do you calculate nicotine in a vape?
If you need to work out the total amount of nicotine in a bottle or in a tank, just multiply the strength in mg/mL by the number of milliliters of it you have. For example, if you fill up a 5 mL vape tank with 6 mg/mL e-liquid, you have 5 mL × 6 mg/mL = 30 mg of nicotine in your tank.

What is the difference between VG and PG?
A good starting point when you start mixing is 50PG/50VG but personally we prefer a 30PG/70VG mix…. PG gives you the “Throat Hit” while VG gives you more vapor (bigger clouds!). Just remember some people are PG Intolerant and may suffer unpleasant symptoms when vaping PG.
