I spent 8 years in Germany my last go around. After only 2 years, I'm on my way back next week, this time as a vaper. Can anyone tell me their experience with access and attitudes there? If anyone has experience in Bavaria that would be even more helpful.

I'm in Berlin, so it might not apply to you, but I find access is pretty good. I haven't seen much evidence of a "scene", in terms of vaping bars and such, but there are about a dozen vape shops around Berlin. Most of them tend to be rather small with a limited selection.
