I think you'd have to actually drink your e- juice and swallow it before reaching a dangerous level. I've had a few drops of 18mg juice in my mouth and haven't suffered from it; it stings ever so slightly, pretty much the same feeling as wetting a cigar with your mouth, but it tasted so much better (cherry tobacco with a strooong cherry flavor).

I would be impressed if you could inhale 2ml of e liquid! If you consumed enough e liquid to poisen your self im going to assume you were trying to do so. Accidental spills or even 2ml of juice in your mouth won't kill you and you would honestly have to try and drink it to make your self sick.
