Possible Causes of Vape Leaking from the Air Hole : Refilling the e-liquid in an improper way. Orings, refilling pad glass, and cotton is not in good condition.

This is usually always the culprit. If you don't have enough wicking material then there isn't enough cotton to hold the e-liquid in the RTA or dripper, so it will just leak through the airflow holes. Try re-wicking the tank with slightly more cotton. But not too much, or that causes a different set of issue.Aug 21, 2020

I purchased my mum a Protank Mini 2 on Friday. On Monday, I dissembled it to clean it and dry burn the coil. Since I have assembled it, I have been experiencing an array of problems. I found that the vapour wasn't as strong so I changed the head. Since then it keeps leaking into the battery and out of the air holes.

It has to be the coil. Either it is not seated properly or you just got a bad one. Try another coil and make sure it is seated properly and tight. Better yet, go buy her a Aspire Nautilus and she will never think of an analog again.

Check the little "O" rings. Sounds like one is missing, moved or torn.

Thank you very much. All the coils are in the correct position, but smoke is still coming out of the air holes. I have replaced the head, but the problem still persists. I am not sure what is wrong. Everything is still screwed tightly. I am noticing the liquid is disappearing quickly, but I don't know where it is going

I had that happen - I realized when I was in inhaling I'd unknowingly exhale these short hard breaths back through the air tube - then vapor would jet out the air holes. I also find I go through liquid faster than a standard tank, but shrug it off as a trade off for more vapor and flavor with each hit (I may be wrong).

Thank you. I thought that may be the problem too, but we have both tried it and vapour is still coming out of the air holes. My mum has had it since Friday, but only started experiencing this today.

Take the tank back to the shop where you bought it. They should be able to get it squared away.
